What Is Actually Covered on a Kutsch Roof
Two warranties matter: our workmanship and the manufacturer’s material coverage. We put the labor term in writing on the estimate instead of advertising a year count we cannot stand behind.
Figures reviewed
Labor and materials, stated plainly
The workmanship warranty covers how we tear off, flash, and fasten the roof. If a leak traces to our install, we come back. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in the shingles and accessories we install — GAF, CertainTeed, or Owens Corning, depending on the system you choose.
Those factory programs have their own rules (registration, ventilation, and matching accessories). We install to those rules so the paper stays valid. A sloppy repair is what voids coverage, not the fact that a licensed contractor fixed hail damage.
Ask for the certificate of insurance and the written warranty language before we start. That is the same standard we already state on Omaha roof replacement and the statewide service pages.
What we will not claim
- Written workmanship warranty on our labor — the term is on your estimate
- Manufacturer warranties on GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning products we install
- Licensed and insured crews; BBB A+ accredited
- No invented year counts, Master Elite badges, or ‘lifetime’ claims we cannot show you

Manufacturer warranties care about how the roof was installed and repaired, not the fact that a licensed contractor fixed storm damage. We use matching accessories and keep the repair clean so the material warranty stays intact.
